Not to be confused with Robert Kendo.
Robert was a resident of Raccoon City and while very little is known about him, he was a victim of the t-Virus outbreak that occurred in the city during September / October 1998. He may have been a biker, owing to his outfit of jeans and a leather jacket. It's thought that at some point he drank from the contaminated water supply and eventually succumbed to the t-Virus and becoming a Zombie.
His appearance in the game is strictly as a generic Zombie model, but within the game data (which can be manipulated to place him as a playable character using a cheating device) he can be playable and shares characteristics with David King.
