Tony (surname not known) is a character from
Resident Evil Outbreak, and wears RPD overalls and a baseball cap along with a pair of safety gloves.
He was a RPD (Raccoon Police Department) officer and had a specialisation in the K-9 division. After the
t-Virus outbreak that occurred throughout Raccoon City during late 1998, the entire city and emergency services were decimated, leaving only a handful of hopeful survivors left. While some officers went out into the city to evacuate as many civilians as possible, he remained inside the police station along with Lieutenant
Marvin Branagh and a few others and attempted to fortify the building and root out any zombies lurking within.
After Marvin and
Rita Phillips hatched a plan to escape the station through some old ventilation ducts, he requested that he head down to the kennels to rescue the dogs that have been kept there. Unfortunately when he arrived they had all become
Zombie Dogs (chiefly due to the water supply of the city being contaminated with the
t-Virus, thus infecting all that drank from it) and mercilessly attacked him.
While he does crawl to the safety of an unoccupied kennel, he eventually dies from his injuries making him one of the last RPD officers to die in the station.
Interestingly, if you encounter him as
Kevin Ryman (or a character that is based on him) he may have a small amount of dialogue before he dies. Otherwise, he is dead the entire time.
He can be unlocked as a playable character and his characteristics are based on
Mark Wilkins. Like most characters that die as part of the main plot, he starts in the Danger condition and has quite a high infection rate.
