Andy

Not to be confused with Andy Holland from Resident Evil: Dead Aim or Andy Walker from Resident Evil 6.

Andy (short for Andrew, surname not known) is a character from Resident Evil Outbreak. He was a member of the Raccoon City Police Department (RPD) and assisted in the attempt to save the city from hordes of monsters.

He suffered greatly during the t-Virus outbreak of Raccoon City - while we don't see what happened to him it can be surmised that he was attacked by at least one Zombie and suffered major trauma to critical parts of his body which meant that there was an extremely low chance of survival.

He was last seen receiving treatment on the field for these injuries. Fittingly, when he is unlocked as a playable character he is immediately in the Danger state and has an extremely high infection rate which means he can only be played for about an hour before he turns into a Zombie (if he even survives that long).

When playable, his characteristics are based on Jim Chapman.
