Dustin (surname not known and is also known as simply "U.B.C.S. 2") is a character from
Resident Evil Outbreak.
He was a member of the mercenary group Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service (U.B.C.S.) and worked directly under
Nikolai Zinoviev. He and the rest of his team were called into secure Raccoon City which had succumbed to a
t-Virus outbreak - many lives were lost and the entire city was overrun with zombies and pockets of other monsters.
He wears full combat gear including face and eye protection. Additionally, he wears a tactical vest and simple fatigues.
Nikolai had received secret instructions to proceed to the Raccoon University and obtain samples from an Umbrella B.O.W. named
Thanatos which was an experimental model of Tyrant. The creature was to be captured alive or dead and a genetic sample had to be taken.
When they had located the B.O.W., the Nikolai sent his team which included Dustin after the creature to obtain the sample. While doing so, it activated and killed everybody which was close to it, leaving Dustin and some of his squad mates dead.
Dustin can be unlocked as a playable character and shares characteristics with
Kevin Ryman.
