He was a police officer working for the Raccoon Police Department (RPD) in Raccoon City and was good friends with colleagues Aaron, Fred and Kevin Ryman. He had his own desk in the East office at the station and kept his belongings secured using a 4 digit code 0325. He shared office space with Kevin and Lieutenant Marvin Branagh.
He was present during the t-Virus outbreak that occurred in late September 1998 and was an unfortunate casualty early during the outbreak where he committed suicide whilst alone in the Raccoon City Subway.
His body was later found by survivors along with a suicide note.
He can be unlocked as a playable character as part of a package. He shares characteristics with Jim Chapman (who, rather interestingly was a subway worker - employed at the place of Jeans death).
