Very little is known about Philip other than he was a young-ish resident of Raccoon City and was one of the earlier victims during the t-Virus outbreak that occurred there during late September 1998. He was most likely infected with the virus while he was in the downtown area and eventually becomes a Zombie.
He then makes his way to Jack's Bar and begins to attack the survivors inside. He is then followed by hordes of zombies, and is eventually killed by the survivors - many of whom were armed.
Philip is unlockable as a playable character and shares mannerisms with David King.
