He worked for the Raccoon Zoo in Raccoon City and was working around the time of the t-Virus outbreak which ravaged the city due to the water supply being contaminated with the virus. This affected every part of the city including the zoo which transformed most of its employees and animals into zombified versions of each. What made the zoo especially dangerous was the Zombie Elephants and Zombie Tigers (and more).
It is uncertain what role he had at the zoo but it was a presumably entry-level position. He always wore a baseball cap which covered his eyes at certain angles.
When Lloyd saw this happening first hand, he panicked and instead of evacuating locked himself into a security office and remained there.
It is assumed that after he met with other survivors, he tagged along with them and proceeded to flee the city into safety.
He can be unlocked as a playable character and his statistics are derived from David King.
