Patrick Reyes (also spelled as "Patric" - probably a typo by the developer) is a character from
Resident Evil Outbreak. He worked for the zoo in Raccoon City (Raccoon Zoo) and was working around the time of the
t-Virus outbreak of 1998.
The outbreak itself was caused by contamination of the
t-Virus into the city's water supply which meant that virtually every animal in the zoo had ingested it at some point and were turning into violent monsters. This devastated the city and made the Raccoon Zoo one of the most dangerous places to be in, as all manner of zombified elephants, tigers, monkeys and such were now infected.
Patrick himself was a zookeeper, it was his job to care for the animals and he spent most of his time with friend and colleague
Lloyd Stewart. They had both been attacked at some stage (and thus most likely received the
t-Virus infection) but instead of trying to flee they instead locked themselves away within a secured control room.
It's not certain what happened to Patrick after the events of the outbreak but it can be surmised that he eventually became a
Zombie and then perished at some stage, as he probably never left the zoo before succumbing to the
t-Virus.
He can be unlocked as a playable character in the game and when used he shares characteristics with
George Hamilton.
