She is a female variant of the 'Mr' stick men special characters. While she has the same expression, she appears to be wearing a simple dress and is coloured pale pink - closer to peach the fruit than peach the colour.
While they have a amount of health and a good attack power, they start in the Danger condition which makes them a risky choice.
