Elliott

Elliott (surname not known, and not to be confused with a similarly named character from Resident Evil 2 named Elliot Edward) is a character from Resident Evil Outbreak.

He was a Raccoon City Police Department Senior Officer placed at the epicentre of the Raccoon City t-Virus outbreak and while many of those in his department that survived either escaped or assisted with an evacuation program, he was tasked by his superiors to try and decimate as many Zombies and infected as possible, in an attempt to drive them back and restore some sort of order to the city.

He and a small team proceeded to the main thoroughfare of Raccoon City, Main Street and lined it with explosive devices, all connected to a single detonator. However, this process took too long to complete and Elliott found himself overwhelmed by the infected - he tried his best to drive them back but they soon got to his colleague Eric and then him.

Elliott can be unlocked as a playable character and his characteristics are based on Mark Wilkins.
