Games: RE:O RE:OF2 Films: - Novels: - Mr. Black is a special character from Resident Evil Outbreak and can be brought into the sequel through the Data Convert option. He is a greyscale stick-figure with a blank expression on his face (not quite black, as but close enough).
He is derived from David King and as such shares animations, abilities and gameplay features with that character - namely the toolkit.
Like Mr. Green, he has a damage multiplier which can potentially constantly Tick up in the background meaning he could cause massive damage. However, he is also a very slow mover and always begins in the Danger state.
