Charlie

Charlie (surname not known) is a character from Resident Evil Outbreak. He was a firefighter for the Raccoon City Fire Department (RFD) and was working within Raccoon City at the time of the t-Virus outbreak of 1998.

He was working closely with his colleague Len and also the Raccoon Police Department (RPD) in searching for any survivors still alone in the city. He entered a burning hotel named the Apple Inn in order to search for anybody inside and unfortunately he and Len lost their lives in the blaze when they identified a faulty boiler in the basement and weren't able to get away in time before it exploded in front of them.

Their colleagues tried to radio to them to find out how they were doing after hearing the blast, and they later entered the same room to find their bodies.

Unfortunately due to him wearing his (much necessary) breathing gear, his face is never clearly seen but it can be determined that he was a white male.
