Raymond Douglas is a character from
Resident Evil Outbreak. He was the Deputy Chief of the Raccoon City Police Department and worked directly under
Brian Irons.
When news of the
t-Virus Outbreak broke in Raccoon City, he was one of the first on the scene and immediately pulled resources together to stage a city-wide evacuation. He, along with his colleagues potentially saved hundreds of people with evacuations happening throughout the city from downtown to the Raccoon City Zoo. In fact, his plans were so airtight that he was even able to give the civilians in his care exact timings of when a helicopter would be arriving to pick them up.
Eventually he found himself outside Jack's Bar and was trying to get the occupants inside to evacuate but was overwhelmed by hordes of Zombies. He was thrown to the ground by a
Zombie and bitten in the neck which caused him to drop his gun and his
Lighter. He shouted to his men and the others in the area to take his
Lighter and use it to destroy a nearby gas tank. The resulting explosion killed him but did allow the survivors to escape.
He can be unlocked as a playable character and his characteristics are derived from
Kevin Ryman (who is also an RPD officer, rather fittingly).
