Arthur

Arthur (surname not known) is a character from Resident Evil Outbreak. He worked the the Raccoon City Police Department as a 'beat' officer. On the night of the t-Virus Outbreak of Raccoon City, he worked closely with the RPD Deputy Police Chief Raymond Douglas helping the citizens evacuate. This involved running through the streets and entering buildings with a megaphone, informing all occupants to leave the city immediately.

After they both felt like they had done enough broadcasting, they set up a special rendezvous point within the city where survivors could be safe and eventually a helicopter would come and pick them up. This was essentially a large area blocked off with makeshift barricades. Unfortunately, the barricades that they had employed were no match for the hordes of Zombies which made quick work of them and he was eventually killed by them once they had breached their safe zone.

Interestingly, Arthur can be used as a playable character through unlocking and his characteristics are derived from George Hamilton.
