Games: RE:O RE:OF2 Films: - Novels: - Bone (presumably a nickname) Francois is a character from Resident Evil Outbreak.
Very little is known about Bone other than the fact that he worked as a plumber in Raccoon City and was working around the time of the t-Virus outbreak during September and October 1998. It is thought that he would be responded to hundreds of requests to examine the water supply (as it was later discovered that that was the main cause of the spread of the virus).
Interestingly his clothing is almost identical to the default outfit of David King (also a plumbers outfit), which shows that he probably worked for the same company.
He is not intended to be a usable character in the games (he is most likely cut content), but he can be forced in using a cheating device where he shares characteristics with (rather unusually) Kevin Ryman.
