Danny (surname not known) is a character from
Resident Evil Outbreak. He was a firefighter working for the Raccoon City Fire Department (RPD) and was on shift in Raccoon City during the 1998
t-Virus outbreak.
At the outbreaks most critical time, his job that night involved directing any survivors to the city's exit. Whilst doing this task, he heard an explosion coming from the nearby Apple Inn where his colleagues
Len and
Charlie had recently entered. Worried about their status, he used his radio to ask what was happening.
As he heard nothing, he scrambled to the Apple Inn to find it ablaze and in ruin. Working his way through the building, he used firefighting equipment to force a door open which had jammed. He soon finds his way to the basement of the hotel to find his colleagues dead in front of a ruined boiler (the source of the explosion).
With no time to mourn the loss, he then leaves the hotel and continues his previous task of helping other survivors. Later, he joins with another colleague of his named
Gill who had been ferrying survivors around the city in a helicopter. He,
Gill and a handful of survivors all leave the city from the air.
It's not known what happened to Danny after the incident but it is thought he survived and continued his life far away from the chaos.
He can be unlocked as a playable character and shares mannerisms with
Kevin Ryman.
