Liz's Father

This man was one of the unfortunate victims of the Tall Oaks C-Virus outbreak. He worked for the Ivy University and at the time of the incident the university was being set up to allow US President Adam Benford to make a grand speech which would have also ended up in the President informing the world of what really caused the destruction of Raccoon City.

While the rest of his family fled the city, him and his daughter Liz stayed behind; he himself remained behind to look for his daughter. He was found still on campus by Leon S. Kennedy and his companion Helena Harper. When they met the man he was visibly injured and clearly infected but when he heard Liz's voice from a distance he pleaded with Leon and his partner to help her in which they agreed, albeit reluctantly.

He was reunited with his daughter briefly but unfortunately she too was infected and she soon turned into a Zombie and killed him. His name was never revealed in Resident Evil 6 however some sources suggest that his name was Robert. It's unknown if the rest of his family were aware of him and Liz's demise but it's at least safe to assume that they avoided an infection and continue to live to this day.
