Glava-Begunac (which means Head-Runaway in Serbian) is the name given to a J'avo (a person who has been infected with the C-Virus through the bloodstream) which has mutated due to extreme damage to the head. Unlike the other mutations of the head, this mutation is more straightforward with the head dividing into three parts, opening up like a flower. The three sections - two of them mutate individually into three separate insect-like heads. These heads almost seem like separate creatures as they have their own arms and legs and move independently of one another. The third 'head' appears to be an extension of the spine.

The Glava-Begunac is unchanged from the neck down which is unusual. All other mutations of the head involve some kind of alteration to the chest area but here it is recognisably human; the creature can continue to use firearms and other weapons which has not been demonstrated by their other evolved kin.

If armed with a gun, it will fire constantly until it has expired. After this happens, they will retain the weapon and use it as a beating weapon. As their strength has increased any attack which connects can cause serious damage.

The most dangerous aspect of the creature is it's speed and ferocity. As it's name suggests (Runaway) it's main form of attack is to relentlessly charge at their prey. Attacking it only provokes it further, sending it into a berserk-like rage. It is also highly susceptible to further mutation into other forms - most commonly one of the Ruka (Arm) mutations (most likely the Ruka-Srp) so if engaging with one it is best to attack it from the waist down as this gives two advantages: firstly, it prevents the creature from charging if their legs are injured. Secondly, it prevents the other mutations from occurring.
