Telo-Eksplozija (which means Body-Explosion in Serbian) is a mutation of a creature called a J'avo (who are subjects who were willingly administered the C-Virus directly into their bloodstream). The mutation occurs when the chest area receives a critical amount of damage.
This mutation is quite an unfortunate one for the J'avo. Their entire body from the waist up grows into a bloated mass which look like two enormous larvae loosely joined together with a sticky slime-like substance. If one looks closely they can see the remains of the human structure used as a base for the mutated form. Their legs remain human and their only purpose is to carry the mass as close to an enemy as possible, and trigger an explosion.
The explosion is most likely down to some sort of autothysis - some insects do this by contracting muscles in a way which promotes the destruction of glands inside their body which secrete a sticky substance that interferes with their preys actions. As the entire body explodes in this case there could be some other internal functions at play that are more distinct, possibly some kind of internal build-up of dangerous gases due to decomposition. They could also have the ability to puff up their bodies like some toads.
In any case, the resulting explosion is both damaging due to the force and adds a layer of inconvenience as a sticky substance with a very high resistance is spread around their vicinity. Due to the nature of this mutation covering the majority of the body, no other known J'avo mutation combinations are possible.
