Gnezdo (which means "Nest" in Serbian) is one of the evolutions (sometimes referred to as Complete Mutations) that can occur from a C-Virus infected person emerges from their Chrysalis. A typical infected such as a J'avo will usually enter a Chrysalid state once they have sustained a lot of damage, but sometimes an infected person can enter a Chrysalis almost instantly, possibly depending on will or emotional state. In this particular form, the human body seems to break down into what appears to be a swarm of wasps.

The wasps typically gather to form a recognisably human form (and interestingly the form it takes always has an unmistakably female silhouette) and even locomotes like you would expect (e.g. walking upright, gesturing etc).

The swarm itself are led by a main 'queen' which is many times larger than the 'drones'. This is most likely where the vital organs are stored to keep this form alive and it's also the only part of the Gnezdo which can take fatal damage. If killed or destroyed, the rest of the swarm dies along with it.

Getting a good look at the queen itself is rare, but it looks like a huge Wasp with a body which is covered in some sort of nest-like material. It appears to be quite heavy as the creature flies almost vertically with their limbs hanging downward.

The queen will usually hide inside the swarm, using them as a barrier of sorts. If provoked or exposed, the queen can be killed fairly easily with Acid. However, they are extremely difficult to kill as the target is always moving quickly and the target area is comparatively small compared to other creatures.
