Noga-Trchanje (which means Leg-Running in Serbian and interestingly looks similar to the word 'Tarantula') is a mutation of a creature called a J'avo (who are subjects who were willingly administered the C-Virus directly into their bloodstream). The mutation occurs when one or both of their legs have been critically damaged and in this case the entire body from the abdominal area and below is replaced with muscular Spider-like legs.
The transformation occurs rapidly and begins in the lower back, seemingly bursting from that location and assimilating any usable organic matter that existed prior. This new form twists the remaining human parts around leaving the J'avo hanging upside-down. If they were to lie down flat, they would seem like a proportionally correct Spider. Their primary forms of attack are the jumping variety, as their only advantage now is speed. In terms of attack power this is largely unchanged from before as in reality a spiders best weapons would be their bite and their webbing - and the Noga-Trchanje has none of these benefits.
If the mutated J'avo orignally held a weapon, they can continue to use it and operate as normal. It's not known if being upside-down affects blood flow to the rest of the body but they can also cling to walls and ceilings much like a normal Spider.
