The Ogroman (A Serbian or Russian word which means vast, giant or enormous) is a gargantuan C-Virus monster developed by Neo-Umbrella as an alternative to creatures such as El Gigante as part of a program to create a destructive B.O.W. for a mass rollout. However, due to the collapse of the company only a handful were ever created and deployed, including one which looked as if it was connected to some kind of support apparatus for it's internal organs. Although not known for certain, it is most likely that the original host was a human as it has basic human features.

It towers over a regular sized person at over 30 feet (just over 9 metres) tall, so large that it can easily grasp a human in one of it's giant hands. The beast itself is also extremely heavy, enough to cause tremors as it walks. It can also lift over 10 tons with ease so it is a formidable opponent if encountered. The only way to defeat one realistically would be with explosives, and a lot of them.

It does have a weak point on it's upper back, similar to the El Gigante. Attacking this area causes it great pain and allows the attacker to forcibly pull out one of it's bones which have now been weakened, causing fatal trauma to it's internal structure.

As for the individual Ogroman which had the apparatus attached to its back, it appeared to be some sort of protection or diagnostics device attached to its delicate area on it's upper back. It is known that the leader of Neo-Umbrella were not satisfied with the design of the creature and wanted it altered before deployment. it could be that this apparatus was part of some unfinished research.
