Games: RE6 Films: - Novels: - Jeff was a member of the BSAA (Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance) who was part of the Alpha team which was initially led by acting captain Piers Nivans; he took over in lieu of team leader Chris Redfield who was not present at the time of the mission. The team later reunited with Chris and he assumed control over them.
Jeffs mission was to accompany the rest of the team to Lanshiang, China and help to evacuate UN hostages which were being held by the bio-terrorist organisation known as Neo Umbrella. He and his team managed to successfully rescue and extract the hostages but their success was short lived.
Several members of the BSAA team were snatched and killed by a large Snake B.O.W. (Bio-Organic Weapon) named the Iluzija. The beast was fairly intelligent and managed to get the drop on several members of the team; the attacks prompted Jeff and the remainder of the team to locate the enemy and try to eliminate it.
Unfortunately for Jeff the Snake managed to grab him in an elevator shaft and it killed him, adding to the body count. Soon after this the rest of the surviving team found his body and vengeance was later served when the creature was eliminated.
Unlike many other members of the BSAA, he did not wear a full face covering so his features can be clearly seen; he was of African-American descent.
