Ruka-Hvatanje (which means Arm-Grasping in Serbian) is a mutation of a creature called a J'avo (who are subjects who were willingly administered the C-Virus directly into their bloodstream). This mutation occurs when intense trauma or damage has been caused to one or both of their arms.
This mutation is concentrated on one of the arms, where the entire arm from the shoulder is replaced by a caterpillar-like tentacle. The mutated arm also has several smaller tentacles along it's surface with many of them around the source of the mutation, resting on the base of the new arm itself (appearing almost like legs). There is also a large claw-like set of digits at the end of the arm which can be used to grab, crush and also pull things into the arm itself which has the capability to feed. The claws themselves are large enough that they can grab a human sized object with ease.
In terms of their attack, they can extend the arm fairly long distances (at least 5 metres) and retract it back. The arm is heavily articulated and can be moved in various ways making it much more flexible than a normal human arm. The claws have enough clamping force to harm a human target but not enough to crush them, but they can push a person down onto the ground with force. Like other J'avo, there is a possibility that the other arm could also mutate into other forms, as well as other parts of their body making them an even greater concern if countered.
Their weakness is situated at the end of the arm, in between the claws.
