Doug

Doug (last name not known) was an experienced, but somewhat flippant pilot who last worked for the B.S.A.A.'s (Bio-Terrorism Security Assessment Alliance) West African branch. He was known to be less professional than other operatives. For example, he frequently attempted to flirt with Jill Valentine over the radio. It may be due to this why he appeared to be side-lined in his last mission.

He remained on standby during a mission in the Kijuju Autonomous Zone until he was called upon by Delta team captain Josh Stone to rendezvous at his location and extract him, along with Jill who he had joined forces with.

While his skills as a helicopter pilot were formidable, he was killed when a well-aimed heat-seeking rocket fired by a Majini hit his craft and it burst into flames.
