Reynard Fisher was a B.S.A.A. (Bio-Terrorism Security Assessment Alliance) operative who worked in their West African branch. Prior to his employment with the group, he had previously worked as a government agent was considered somewhat of an expert in espionage and infiltration.
Due to his abilities, he was placed into the Kijuju Autonomous Zone and his task was to simply observe the populace and try to discover why there were so many reports of needless violence and killings in the area. He used a butcher shop as a safe place to meet confidants.
It was Fisher who originally discovered that a black market B.O.W. deal could potentially happen in the area. However, the B.S.A.A. reasoned that this was outside of his mission objectives and informed him to continue his observations.
He later met with B.S.A.A. agents
Chris Redfield and
Sheva Alomar who had recently entered the area on a separate mission. He was tasked with outfitting them with tactical gear, weapons and any other useful resources he could provide. After meeting with them, the local people surrounding him seemingly realised he was not one of them and captured him.
Soon he was brought to a man named the
Instigator Majini who acted as the leader of an uprising. Using him as an example and hoping that the B.S.A.A. were watching, Fisher was brutally decapitated by the
Executioner Majini.
It is not known how his cover was blown, but it is most likely that the villagers noticed the sudden appearance of outsiders meeting with him and then decided that he was acting too suspiciously and intervened.
