Mother Miranda, or just Miranda was a biologist who extensively researched the Cadou parasite and Mold. She was also the leader of a cult called Cult of the Black God which worshipped a Fungal Root which was named Black God. In truth, the cult was set up by Miranda as a way for her to conduct experiments with Mold and the Cadou on humans, ultimately trying to find a way to resurrect her deceased daughter.
