The Chainsaw Sister (sometimes known as Bella Sisters) is a variant of the
Chainsaw Man (otherwise known as Dr. Salvador, or Chainsaw Villager). They share many of the same abilities, strengths and weaknesses as the
Chainsaw Man but they are far less common and arguably more distressing to encounter as they can somehow swing their chainsaws much faster than the men. Also, when
Leon S. Kennedy encountered them, he had to battle two of them at once.
Like the male versions, they are infected with a
Plaga parasite which has augmented their strength, defence and made them extremely bloodthirsty, aggressive and sadistic. They carry petrol-powered chainsaws which have a blood-red body. They are highly resistant to gunfire but can be knocked over with a powerful kick once they have been stunned.
They appear to wear farmhand clothing and their faces are roughly wrapped in bandages, exposing a wide, crooked mouth and a single eye. It is assumed that the
Plaga have totally destroyed their faces which is what forces them to cover them up with bandages.
It's likely that the two that
Leon encountered were actually sisters, hence the name. Although others have been encountered on their own in other circumstances.
