Andre Strickland was a television producer who spent many of his latter years developing the internet-based show Sewer Gators with host
Peter Walken and worked with various cameramen but most recently with
Clancy Jarvis. He always saw the benefit in conducting research and rehearsals, exploring the areas they were due to film and figuring out where best to do certain scenes and shots.
His last job was to evaluate the Dulvey Haunted House in Louisiana. The team arrived there in their van, and soon after he kicks a door down to gain entry to the property, he makes his way through a kitchen area and seemingly disappears. It's clear he produced many episodes of the series as he appeared unfazed about any of the horrible sites seen in the house before his disappearance - even smiling with a degree of blasé as he enters the property, whereas
Peter appeared pensive.
In fact did not simply disappear - he was quickly captured by the Baker family (most likely
Lucas Baker - but this is not seen), taken to an underground area and murdered. He was positioned in a way where his body was being held upright by impaling his head onto a broken pipe, giving the illusion that he was standing and still alive.
Clancy, who recorded every single moment, followed the path to Andre, found him seemingly standing with his back turned, touched him to check on his condition and was horrified to see that he was dead and Clancy fell to the ground in fear, only to be approached by
Jack Baker who then knocked him unconscious.
Andres body was thrown a short distance into a flooded area near where he was killed where it was left to decompose. It was found by
Ethan Winters around a month later who was in the house attempting to find his wife
Mia Winters who had been missing for years.
His body was likely left to decompose further in the water and was not affected by the Mold like others such as the local Deputy Sheriff
David Anderson, but instead was eaten by maggots.
