Uroboros Aheri

Uroboros Aheri is a unique and devastating variant of a B.O.W. (Bio-Organic Weapon) which was created using the Uroboros Virus on a host with genes that the virus has rejected. A full symbiosis with Uroboros meant that the host and the virus could co-exist as a super-powerful being with the perfect balance of all traits. However, a rejection meant that the virus would tear the body apart rapidly and turn it into a shambling, tentacle-laden monster.

The monster was created tactically by Albert Wesker who injected it into his long-term business partner Excella Gionne of TRICELL. She was taken aback by the deception, initially believing that the two had a strong connection, perhaps even a romantic one. This, along with the many dead bodies which had littered the area she was in fuelled the transformation into the most massive, twisted Uroboros monster ever seen. Wesker had done this as he was 'finished' with her, and he also needed a way to eliminate B.S.A.A. agents Chris Redfield and Sheva Alomar who were closely on his tail.

At first, the tentacles sprouted from her mouth and began to envelop her body, twisting it out of proportion and utterly destroying all traces of her form. Then, as the tentacles began to explode rapidly from all parts of her body, they made their way across all of the other bodies littered around and proceeded to do the same to all of them until they had spread out so far that every single one was consumed. Then, everything was dragged together to form one enormous, super-deformed monster. It was so large that it was not possible for it to move - it resembled a large tree, and was more or less rooted into the ground.

The word Aheri has several meanings, either "End" in Swahili or "I love you" in Dholuo. Either can be considered to be a representation of the enemy. From a distance, the monster resembles a large tree or flower.

When fully grown, it stood tall and wide, with various extremely large circular pustules held high into the air - these served as a weak point and could be destroyed. Once all of these have been vanquished, a central core opens up which is the main weak point and the only way to kill the Uroboros Aheri. As it is unable to move, it uses its sheer size and flexibility to attack from a distance.

Interestingly, the creature is able to spawn separate tentacles which can move independently for some time, enough to make their way towards Chris and Sheva and deal small damage. These tentacles appear to drop useful resources such as ammo or healing items.

Conveniently, Chris found a Shango Satellite Laser targeting device, which is a large shoulder-mounted tool designed to work in tandem with a local satellite which is equipped with a laser. The device is used to direct the satellite at where to shoot but it does need about 5 seconds to confirm and then the shot itself takes a few seconds to commence, due to the distance. The device was used in conjunction with regular firepower and the monster was eventually defeated.
