Games: TUC Films: - Novels: - A so far un-named Umbrella Executive appeared to work closely with Sergei Vladimir and oversaw Umbrella operations in Raccoon City.
He was one of the last Umbrella Executives to be rescued from the city when it fell due to a t-Virus outbreak. In fact it was Sergei himself who piloted the helicopter that picked him up - it appeared as if he was not in good health; in his helicopter he was hooked up to life support. It's unknown exactly how old he was but it's assumed that he was of quite an advanced age - but nevertheless important for Umbrella to keep him alive.
In Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles he appears briefly in a cut scene and has a short back-and-forth with Sergei; he tells him that he was reckless for removing the Red Queen system from its source but Sergei passed the comment off as sarcasm. The Executives face is obscured; possibly as his true identity may be a surprise.
After he is rescued he is not heard from again - it's most likely that he is now deceased since the t-Virus outbreak of Raccoon City which occurred way back in 1998.
