Sword Key

The Sword Key is one of the four different kinds of key required to unlock specific doors in the Spencer Mansion. It's a golden mortice key with a diamond bow which has an engraving of a sword on one side. It is required by Chris Redfield to progress through the Mansion. Jill Valentine does not require it as she's The Master of Unlocking.
In the original Resident Evil, the key unlocks 3 doors. In the remake, it opens 4 doors. Also, the locations where the key can be found differs on each version of the game.
