The Blue Herb is a medicinal, leafy plant which is generally grown indoors, in pots. Initially it was found in the Arklay region in the United States, but it can now be found in various places across the globe. They are rare, but can be kept in storage for long periods of time.
The Blue Herb has to be ingested by itself, and cannot be mixed with other Herbs. It's medicinal action is to cure simple poison. It unfortunately cannot cure stronger poisons such as from Yawn and Nosferatu.
The Blue Herb is extremely rare, and in general they are only kept in areas where they may be needed for quick access and administration.
The Blue Herb is a poison cure item. It does not heal any health, but it will cure most poison instantly. It does not appear at all in Resident Evil 4 as there are no poisonous enemies in the game.
