Note: This is an Easter Egg character from the
Silent Hill series and not canon.
Mira appears to be an all-powerful, god-like Shiba Inu wearing a red collar and a headset, in which she listens to music and (its assumed) barks instructions. It's speculated that she was manifested by
Silent Hill.
She is highly professional, extremely intelligent and has some extraordinary credits to her name:
- She operates a control centre with buttons, levers and screens, where she can control of all of the major events in
Silent Hill 2.
- She is a guitarist, as she has songwriting credits on the song 'Waiting For You'.
- She wrote the screenplay for one of the trailers of
Silent Hill Downpour.
In
Silent Hill 2, Mira's ending is called the
Dog ending. The player needs to beat the game with the three regular endings, and then obtain a
Dog Key from the Doghouse near Jacks Inn, then use the key to enter 3F Observation Room in the Nightmare Lakeview Hotel. Then you can confont the
Dog.
This ending reveals the the
Dog was in control of everything that happened in the game the whole time.
After this, the credits roll with a
Dog barking song, and the save file icon changes from the Radio to a Doghouse.
