HQ

HQ (short for Headquarters) was the name given to the man serving as radio contact for the Anti-Umbrella organisation who worked alongside Leon S. Kennedy and Barry Burton during their mission aboard the Starlight passenger vessel.

He had a plethora of tactical information which he could deliver to the team at a moments notice. For example he could pinpoint exactly where either Leon or Barry was aboard the Starlight at any point, as well as detect any hostile creatures.

It's clear that there was an entire team working around him, as there were instances where encrypted information was cracked and unscrambled fairly quickly, as well as other instances where researchers were able to detect a characteristic of the B.O.W. on the vessel which could not be determined easily.

It's unlikely that Leon or Barry ever worked with this person again after the mission.
