Helmet Key

The Helmet Key is one of the four different kinds of key required to unlock specific doors in the Spencer Mansion. It's a silver mortice key with a cylindrical bow which has an engraving of a knight's helmet on one side. In the remake it has a copper blade section also. It is required by Chris and Jill to progress through the Mansion.

In the original Resident Evil, the key unlocks 3 doors. In the remake, it opens 4 doors. The key can be found in the same place in most versions of the game.
