Arukas

Arukas was a high end tailor and fashion house in downtown Raccoon City, just down the road from the Raccoon City Police Station.

The name is actually a developers' reference to Sakura Kasugano, a character who first appeared in Street Fighter Alpha 2 - which is part of another game series developed by Capcom.

The store appears in the original Resident Evil 2 as well as the Remake. It cannot be entered in either game as in the original the shutters are down and in the Remake there are broken down cars blocking the way.
