Thread title!

My go-to is either an earl grey tea with a splash of milk or a peppermint tea as it is. I find the drinking the earl grey instantly makes me feel relaxed, content and it's also a decent enough thirst quencher and palate cleanser. And if I'm feeling a bit 'meh', like bloated or uncomfortable.. peppermint tea seems to take that away.

I don't feel like soft drinks really do anything for me. They just leave me feeling thirsty and unsatisfied. Must be that darn Britishness! And alcohol is not relaxing for me either, it mostly just makes me feel unwell.

Breakfast tea for me. I quite like Earl Grey, and I've dabbled with a few different black teas, but I must admit I'm not a fan of green teas or other varieties. I probably drink way too much tea, but at least around 15 years ago I weaned myself off having sugar in it. I used to take 2 teaspoons of sugar in every cup of tea, the very notion of tea without sugar was revolting. But now it's the exact opposite. I'm also not really partial to any soft drinks except a bit of fruit juice to flavour water. I only drink coke and whatnot if I'm treating myself to a takeout.

Coffee, and I probably drink too much of the stuff.. :coffee_drinker:

I do genuinely struggle to function without it at times though!

Also a vote for coffee, or sometimes those Innocent smoothies are massive too
