Weird huh. Again, maybe it was intentional, maybe it was a coincidence. Maybe it was just the localisation team being lazy with names..
Also, there's a character named John Perlman. Maybe a nod to Ron Perlman. Best known for his narration of Fallout endings. (Jokes...)
